Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd shift

Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for a Manufacturing Supervisor-2nd Shift in our Seneca, South Carolina location.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in Seneca, South Carolina.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing operations, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

This role will oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining the highest quality standards and promoting a safe work environment.

This position is a 2nd shift role.

The shift schedule: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekend coverage as needed.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to achieve operational objectives.


* Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


* Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional growth.


* Participate in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a timely manner.

Digital & Data Leadership


*
+ Utilize Tableau dashboards, Excel, and system reports to analyze KPIs (aging, throughput, errors, service levels).
+ Translate data into clear operational priorities (what needs to be fixed today vs.

escalated vs.

structurally improved).
+ Identify recurring system/process issues and lead root cause and corrective action plans.
+ Build and maintain basic analytical tools (Excel) to support daily management and decision-making.


* Lead daily operations through Short Interval Management (SIM), ensuring priorities are clearly communicated and executed: Safety - Quality - Customer Service - Productivity - 5S/Continuous Improvement


* Utilize SAP (ERP)

What qualifications would make you successful in this role:


* Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field is preferred.


* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.


* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly with fabrication materials.


* Demonstrated process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.


* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
