Talent Attraction Intern

What will you do:


* Support talent acquisition by coordinating candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records


* Support talent acquisition by conducting initial interviews for external candidates.


* Support intern recruitment for different business units

What qualifications will make you successful:


* Must be enrolled in a university or college;


* Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Rosario, Cavite.


* Good English communication skills both written and oral.


* Strong organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail


* Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment


* Comfort with technology and willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and systems


* Professional communication skills and genuine interest in creating positive employee experiences
