Customer Project Quality Manager

We are now looking for an experienced Customer Project Quality Manager to join us in Sweden, Denmark or Norway.

As a Customer Project Quality Manager, you will work with quality assurance and control for customer project execution.

This role puts you at the center of ensuring every project deliverable meets rigorous quality standards and satisfaction of our customers.

Whatyou'llbe doing


* Design and implement quality management strategies while monitoring project performance against key quality metrics



* Work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate quality risks from tendering through final delivery



* Oversee project execution to ensure all outputs meet established quality standards and customer expectations



* Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, successful delivery without compromising quality

What will help you succeed:


* Bachelor's or master's degree with strong project quality experience



* Experience from infrastructure sectors (e.g., oil & gas, construction or similar) preferred; electrical engineering background is an advantage, not a requirement



* Sharp attention to detail with the ability to catch issues before they reach customers



* Collaborative approach that builds strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders



* Confidence coaching others and sharing your expertise on quality best practices



* Ability to work independently while following established procedures and compliance standards



* You thrive in complexity, stay calm under pressure, and know how to get things done



* Independent and confident in a remote work setting, you take initiative and own your responsibilities.

You're comfortable working with leaders who may not be physically co-located, and you excel at building strong working relationships across geographies



* Organized, structured, and results-driven, with a natural ability to influence and build trust across all levels



* An excellent communicator.

You are fluent in English



* Taking initiative, responsibility, and a desire to contribute to business success are essential
