DSP Production Coordinator
Wage: $17.50/hr.
The Production Coordinator is a hands-on, solutions-oriented leader who provides direction, structure, and operational oversight for a strategic partnership between ESGW Retail Services and Montana Adult and Community Services (MTACS) in Great Falls, MT.
This role advances mission-driven, revenue-generating production activities that create meaningful employment, skill development, and wage opportunities for individuals with disabilities and others seeking employment support.
This position is responsible for managing, developing, and expanding MTACS Production operations. Key duties include securing and overseeing production work and contracts, ensuring financial sustainability, and tracking labor hours, wages, costs, and revenue in alignment with program budgets and goals.
The Coordinator builds and maintains strong partnerships between ESGW Retail Services and MTACS, collaborating across teams to align production capacity with workforce needs and customer demand.
This coordination supports production targets, quality standards, timelines, and financial performance, including repeat business and retail outcomes.
Production operations serve ESGW clients enrolled in MTACS, as well as other individuals who benefit from employment support, providing an inclusive, structured environment where participants can develop job skills, meet production expectations, and earn competitive wages.
The Coordinator ensures all work meets quality standards tied to customer satisfaction and ongoing partnerships.
This role is also responsible for accurate documentation, including timesheets, wage verification, and records required for billing, compliance, and reporting, contributing to financial accountability and operational efficiency.
The Production Coordinator serves as a Direct Support Provider (DSP), delivering person-centered support that emphasizes independence, skill-building, and meaningful participation.
This position may also provide DSP support in other program areas as needed.

Experience
* Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, Medication Assistance Training, and MANDT certification
* Self-motivated

* Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
* Provide proof of vehicle insurance
* Professional demeanor and comfortable interacting with the public
* Must be able to work in a variety of environments including outdoors and in vehicles
* Regular and punctual attendance
