Medical Front Desk - Camas

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team at our Camas clinic.

To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients .

Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co- pays , obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls , and scheduling appointments .

If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Location : Camas ( 4500 SE Columbia Palisades Dr, Camas, WA 98607)

Schedule : Monday through Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm

Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.



* Evening Differential after 5:30pm $3.00/hour

Requirements:



* High School Diploma or equivalent required.



* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required .



* Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.



* Experience with Epic preferred.



* Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.



* Strong computer keyboarding skills required .

Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions.

Pay Range:
$17.31 - $24.24
