* High School Diploma or equivalent.


* 5 years of Planning experience.


* Intermediate experience utilizing MRP and ERP systems, including demonstrated experience using ERP planning and integration concepts.


* PC skills in a Windows environment, proficient with Excel.


* Effective English language written and verbal communication skills.


* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree.


* Experience in a precision machine shop environment.


* Experience with manufacturing planning in a project environment.


* Experience working within an ISO 9001 environment.


* LEAN / Six Sigma training and demonstrated application.


* APICS certification.


* Experience in Aerospace or Defense industries


* Experience with IFS MRP system.
