What You'll Do

As a Client Services Representative, you will support the Sales Account Executive by working directly with MDU site staff and end-user customers to increase service penetration rates within our portfolio.

In this role, you will schedule regular property visits, develop customized sales and retention plans, and host promotional events to drive upgrade revenue and engage property staff.

You will also act as a primary point of contact to resolve or escalate customer issues promptly, generate performance reports, and adapt marketing materials to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

What You'll Bring


* Minimum  2 years of Customer account management experience or related experience, preferably in the telecommunications sector


* Experience acting as a primary contact for high profile customers ensuring an excellent experience


* Experience with developing and executing a customer retention plan


* Valid Class D Driver's License; must meet a driver rating above "unacceptable"


* Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with a calm, self-motivated, and sales-driven mindset


* Understanding of technology and how it relates to people's lives


* Strong foundational knowledge of broadband products, sales pipelines, regional demographics, and how technology impacts daily life

Bonus points if you have:


* Associate degree in sales, business or related

Your Schedule

Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; occasional evenings and weekends.

Your Location

This position is hybrid.  Candidate must reside within 40 miles of Roseville, MN.
