McClure Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time PM shift.

In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care, lead a dedicated clinical team, and help ensure the health, safety, and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans


* Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly


* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately


* Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members


* Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure excellent resident care


* Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergency situations


* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation


* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations


* Participate in care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and team meetings

Qualifications


* Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license


* Current CPR/BLS certification


* Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred


* Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills


* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities


* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment
