McClure Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a Full-Time PM Shift.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans


* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately


* Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising Registered Nurse or physician


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members


* Support infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives


* Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence

Qualifications


* Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license


* Current CPR/BLS certification


* Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred


* Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
