Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining each resident's dignity and independence
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and feeding
* Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting changes promptly to the licensed nursing staff
* Respond quickly and professionally to resident call lights and requests
* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
* Support residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
* Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
* Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
* Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Qualifications
* Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
* Compassionate and resident-focused approach to patient care

* Reliable, professional, and dependable work ethic
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Previous skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
