We are looking for caring, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a full-time PM shift.
As a CNA, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care that enhances the comfort, dignity, and quality of life of our residents.
Working alongside our experienced nursing team, you'll play a vital role in helping residents achieve their highest level of independence while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Position Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to assigned residents
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
* Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes in residents' conditions to the licensed nursing staff
* Answer resident call lights promptly and respond to individual care needs
* Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policies
* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
* Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
* Support residents' dignity, independence, and overall well-being at all times
Qualifications
* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of California
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting
* Previous skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
