As a Business Manager, Digital & Platform Services (Associate) in Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Business Management, you support the Office of the COO by coordinating priorities, insights, and executive-ready communications across Digital & Platform Services (D&PS).

You'll operate horizontally across teams and lines of business, bringing context, structure, and follow-through to complex initiatives.

You'll help translate strategy into measurable progress and clear messaging for senior leadership.

Job Responsibilities


* Partner with D&PS leaders to drive top priorities and key areas of focus on behalf of the organization's co-leads


* Coordinate cross-functional planning and execution across Human Resources, Finance, Business Management, and Communications partners


* Support strategic narratives and leadership communications for major firmwide and business events, reviews, and senior forums


* Track objectives and key results (OKRs) against defined metrics, escalating risks and delays and preparing leadership-ready updates


* Draft and coordinate internal announcements and communications plans, incorporating feedback from stakeholder partners


* Monitor engagement and feedback signals to inform future communications and improve reach and clarity


* Conduct ad hoc, data-driven analyses to support decision-making, synthesizing findings into concise insights for senior leaders


* Create context and storytelling for accomplishments and key initiatives, tailoring messages to different audiences


* Facilitate preparation for recurring leadership meetings and town halls, including materials, run-of-show support, and follow-ups

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* Experience supporting cross-functional work, with strong attention to detail and an interest in end-to-end processes


* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across levels in a global environment


* Experience developing executive-ready messaging and materials for senior leadership audiences


* Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint), including intermediate-to-advanced features such as pivot tables


* Ability to understand business objectives and identify/track meaningful metrics aligned to those objectives


* Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and stakeholders, prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines
