Join us as a Senior Engineer leading Offer Safety & Integrity-a role where your technical leadership ensures every product we deliver meets the highest safety and regulatory standards.

You'll own end-to-end compliance, lead governance committees, and drive a culture of prevention that protects customers and strengthens trust.

What will you do?


* Manage the offer safety system including Steering and Review Committees with leadership accountability at entity level


* Approve severity classifications for releases and execute safety alerts in alignment with company prevention directives


* Develop and deploy safety prevention plans prioritized by business analysis and risk assessment


* Conduct maturity assessments and ensure compliance with safety training and regulatory requirements across teams
