The Role: Secure Power Solutions Engineer

Mission:

Recommend most optimized and competitive secure power and critical cooling solution to customer to increase winning rate.

Create solutions in design portal.

Sell total value proposition.

Job Description:

1.

Provide sales support to Pacific Region direct and channel sales teams, with a focus on Schneider Electric and APC products.

2.

Understand customer requirement and provide secure power and critical cooling solution to customer.

Using critical power and critical cooling products, racks and management solutions from SE.

3.

Promote SE's secure power and critical cooling solutions to customer during prescription process

4.

Participate in customer meetings along with account manager to build customer trust in SE's products, systems, technology and capabilities

5.

Create customer solutions in design portal

6.

Define specific value proposition for customer project application and improve winning probability

7.

Educate and train customers and partners on SE's secure power and critical cooling solutions

8.

Ensure solution compliance to standards, regulations, codes and safety requirement for the application, environment and geography

9.

Implement and comply with customer product specification.

10.

Take part in all necessary training for competency development and performance improvement.

Mentor and train other team members.

11.

Provide periodic updates and report on performance and goals

12.

Liaises with the business development/ product managers for detailed product related queries/specification when required.

Who would be successful?

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Mechanical Engineering)

• Minimum of five (5) years in technical product support for IT/Data Center type customers & partners.

• Strong communication, time management, technical documentation preparation and product presentation skills.

• Team player and a leader, who can work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.

• Independent and self-driven and work with minimum guidance

• Amenable to work in Cavite and Taguig
