Your IMPACT:

As a Business Finance Manager within the Business Finance CoCe (Commercial scope), you will lead a team supporting commercial performance across transactional, solutions, services, and software segments.

You will play a key role in driving financial transparency, performance steering, and standardization while accelerating finance transformation initiatives.

This role combines people leadership, business partnering and commercial finance expertise, with direct impact on decision-making, profitability and growth.

You will contribute to building a trusted, scalable and data-driven finance environment aligned with Group ambitions and commercial priorities.

What you will do

Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence


* Lead, develop and empower a team of Business Finance analysts within the CoE.
• Set clear direction, priorities and expectations aligned with business and finance strategy.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and high-quality, consistent delivery.
• Build a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous development.

Performance Steering & Financial Oversight


* Oversee financial activities across commercial segments (Transactional, Solutions, Services, Software)
• Drive performance tracking through KPIs, margin analysis and forward-looking insights
• Identify risks and opportunities, supporting revenue growth and margin optimization
• Ensure delivery of reliable, timely and insight-driven reporting supporting business performance

Strategic Business Partnering


* Act as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders across Business Finance and commercial teams
• Support tactical and operational decision-making through actionable financial insights
• Translate complex commercial and financial data into clear narratives and recommendations

Transformation & Change Leadership


* Contribute to the Finance Transformation roadmap (digitization, simplification, standardization)
• Lead or support transition activities into CoCe structures
• Drive adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working
