Senior Manager - Service Sales
The Senior Manager - Service Sales will be responsible for driving Schneider Electric's Services business across Power and Digital Power portfolios for Key Accounts in the East Region of India.
The ideal candidate should have experience in selling revamp electrical solutions having Transformers, HT Switchgears, RMU, PSS, E House, Numerical relays, ATSs, power services, and digital offerings, and be able to recommend the correct solutions to customers.
The position requires close collaboration with Team Leads (TLs) and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize the impact of SE Services.
Key Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities -
* The sales professional should be able to drive & manage existing territory of business, generate new business avenues in the untapped region, as well as manage service partners.
* The candidate must be seasoned in consultative selling & selling technical services solutions (modernization / up-gradation / consulting / Audit services / Cooling systems / Spare parts etc) to all customers.
* Experience in selling digital & connected solutions to aforesaid customers to gain market share within the Region.
* Achieve the yearly Order/Sales/ Cash in line with the growth ambition of the service BU.
* Identify and develop new customer Account and formulate Business Strategy to saturate the account with maximum share of business
* Ability to self-motivate multi-task and work independently or within a team 7) Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
* Drive Digital Solutions: Promote and sell Schneider Electric's digital service offerings to Key Accounts customers, ensuring adoption and integration into customer operations.
* Focus Consulting Business: Expand consulting audit business by leveraging sustainability solutions to identify efficiency improvements and value for customers.
* Develop Modernization through Circularity: Drive business growth in critical facility operations by identifying opportunities within Key accounts, proposing tailored solutions, and expanding service offerings.
* Increase Recurring Revenue: Grow recurring revenue streams through AMC, OTC, and other service agreements.
* C-Level Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, focusing on sustainability, energy efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives.
* Account Management: Own the end-to-end relationship with assigned Key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Consultative Selling: Provide consultative solutions sales process to prospects and existing customers, including site modifications, upgrades, and digital offers.
* Reporting & bFO: Maintain accurate customer and prospect data in bFO (Salesforce), track pipeline, and report on progress against KPIs.
