A Brief Overview

The Maintenance Systems Manager is responsible for leading the enterprise strategy, governance, standardization, and continuous improvement of maintenance systems across Voyant Beauty's manufacturing network.

This role serves as the corporate leader for Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), maintenance reporting, reliability initiatives, asset management, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) performance.

The Maintenance Systems Manager partners closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Reliability, Quality, IT, and EHS teams to establish standardized maintenance processes, improve asset visibility, enhance data integrity, and drive reliability-centered maintenance practices across multiple manufacturing facilities.

This position plays a critical role in improving equipment uptime, maintenance effectiveness, operational efficiency, and maintenance accountability throughout the organization.

What you will do


* Lead the implementation, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise CMMS platform across all manufacturing facilities.


* Develop and standardize maintenance processes, preventive maintenance programs, asset hierarchies, spare parts management practices, and work order workflows across the network.


* Establish, monitor, and manage enterprise maintenance KPIs, dashboards, reporting structures, and performance metrics to improve visibility and accountability.


* Develop and maintain a standardized OEE reporting framework, including downtime categorization, loss analysis, performance tracking, and root cause analysis methodologies.
