A Brief Overview

The Senior Process Engineer – Purified Water Systems serves as the corporate technical authority for purified water systems across Voyant Beauty's manufacturing network.

This role provides strategic and technical leadership to ensure consistent system performance, regulatory compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing facilities.

The Senior Process Engineer partners closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Validation, EHS, and site leadership teams to establish standards, improve system performance, implement best practices, and drive accountability across the organization.

This position is responsible for developing and monitoring enterprise-wide performance metrics, supporting capital projects, mitigating operational risk, and ensuring purified water systems consistently meet regulatory and quality requirements.

What you will do


* Provide technical oversight and governance of purified water systems across multiple manufacturing sites to ensure reliability, compliance, and operational excellence.


* Establish, monitor, and analyze system performance KPIs, trends, and reporting metrics to drive data-based decision-making and continuous improvement.


* Serve as the subject matter expert for purified water system design, operation, troubleshooting, validation, maintenance, and optimization, including RO, EDI, UV, ozone, storage, and distribution systems.


* Lead root cause investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments, and corrective actions related to water system performance, quality events, and compliance concerns.
