Medical Front Desk Representative

Vancouver Clinic is looking for aFront Desk Representativeto join our teamatourSalmon Creekclinic.To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients.Responsibilities can include providingexcellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collectingco-pays,obtainingand completing insurance information, answering phone calls, schedulingappointments.If youcanmultitask, work well with others as part of a team,and canmaintaina positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Location:Salmon Creek ( 2525 NE 139th St, Vancouver, WA 98686 )

Full-TimeSchedule(40hours/week):Monday - Friday 8:15am-5:15pm

Compensation:Hiring range starts at $18.00/hour and goes up based on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements:


* High School Diploma or equivalent required.



* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experiencerequired.



* Minimum of 1 year ofmedical frontoffice experience preferred.



* Experience with Epic preferred.



* Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.



* Strong computerkeyboardingskillsrequired.

Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions.

This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment.

Pay Range:
$17.31 - $24.24
