Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation SAP

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the GPS SAP business transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting and advancing SAP-enabled transformation initiatives across the implementation lifecycle.


* Lead SAP implementation and modernization workstreams, including SAP S/4HANA programs and ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation activities.


* Configure SAP functionality to support business process requirements and guide fit-to-standard design decisions.


* Facilitate requirements and process design sessions with business and technical stakeholders, documenting assumptions, risks, issues, and decisions throughout delivery.


* Coordinate with integration and data teams on interface design, conversion dependencies, data migration planning, and integrated testing activities.


* Develop and govern implementation deliverables and support cutover, deployment, and stabilization activities in regulated environments.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance


* 4+ years of experience working in regulated environments and producing or governing enterprise resource planning implementation deliverables, including solution design documentation, configuration rationale, test artifacts, cutover plans, and deployment readiness materials
