YOUR TASKS:


* Support and implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Program/ System


* Performing of audits and inspections (internal/ external; scheduled/ unscheduled) in the areas of Airworthiness, Maintenance as well as Management Systems


* Compliance checks / updates regarding aviation legislation (EU No.

1321/2014 Airworthiness & Maintenance, etc.) as well as best practices and recommended standards within the Aviation Industry (e.g.

IATA, IOSA, Authorities, Customer)


* Drafting and checking of company documentation (manuals, processes/ procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.)


* Support of EAT departments on a daily basis


* Preparation/ analysis of reports/ statistics


* Cross-functional projects/ initiatives

 

YOUR PROFILE:


* Completed degree program and several years of relevant professional work experience or many years of relevant professional work experience, preferably with specialization in Airworthiness, Maintenance and Management System related to Compliance Monitoring.


* Minimum three years of work experience within the aviation industry


* completed auditor training


* Analytical thinking as well as the ability to work precisely and with high quality even under time pressure


* Team player with respectful attitude, rhetorical strength and assertiveness


* Willingness to travel / work night shifts and on weekends


* Proficient knowledge of MS Office and IT affinity


* Very good knowledge of German and English
