Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team on a PRN basis.

In this role, you will help ensure appropriate staffing coverage to support exceptional resident care while working closely with nursing leadership and team members.

Key Responsibilities


* Coordinate daily staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.


* Fill open shifts by contacting available staff and maintaining staffing needs.


* Maintain accurate employee schedules, attendance, and staffing records.


* Communicate staffing updates with nursing leadership and department managers.


* Assist with tracking overtime, call-offs, and schedule changes.


* Ensure compliance with facility staffing requirements and policies.


* Provide administrative support related to staffing and scheduling.


* Foster positive communication with employees while promoting teamwork.

Qualifications


* Previous staffing, scheduling, or administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.


* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


* Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.


* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing staffing needs.


* High school diploma or equivalent required.
