Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR/Payroll professional to support the DSD, DON, and Administrator with onboarding, HR processes, and payroll.

This role ensures compliance, supports employees, and keeps operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Onboarding


* Coordinate new hire orientation (policies, safety, infection control, resident rights)


* Support recruiting (screening candidates, scheduling interviews)


* Maintain accurate employee records and HR compliance

Employee Support & Compliance


* Administer benefits and respond to employee questions


* Track training, in-services, and required drills


* Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA/policies

Payroll Administration


* Process payroll accurately, including final and manual checks


* Manage deductions, garnishments, and employee updates


* Reconcile payroll and resolve discrepancies

Additional Duties


* Assist with audits, reports, and surveys


* Support safety programs and incident tracking


* Promote teamwork and positive communication

Qualifications

Education & Experience


* High school diploma required; some college preferred


* 2+ years administrative experience (HR or healthcare preferred)


* Payroll experience strongly preferred
