Job responsibilities


* Serve as a subject matter expert for agile delivery controls and best practices across teams


* Partner with delivery, product, and technology stakeholders to align ways of working with control expectations


* Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and management reports for progress, risks, and outcomes


* Define key metrics and ensure reporting logic is clear, consistent, and trusted


* Prepare, cleanse, and blend data using analytics tools to support repeatable reporting


* Query and validate data in Snowflake to answer business questions and troubleshoot variances


* Support change management planning, communications, and stakeholder engagement for new initiatives


* Lead business readiness activities, including impact assessment, training support, and cutover checklists


* Present insights and recommendations in a clear, action-oriented way for varied audiences


* Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort through automation


* Track and support remediation of issues, risks, and dependencies through transparent workflow practices

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Align for work tracking and delivery reporting


* Proficiency with Alteryx for data preparation, transformation, and repeatable workflows


* Strong structured query language skills and experience working with Snowflake databases


* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analysis, data modeling, and report building


* Strong communication skills, including translating complex topics into clear messages


* Experience building reports and presenting actionable insights to senior and cross-functional stakeholders


* Experience working with controls, risk management, or compliance in a business or technology setting


* Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations


* Strong attention to detail, including data validation and reconciliation practices


* Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with evolving requirements
