What will you do?


* Develop and execute inclusion and care strategies that align with organizational goals and drive cultural transformation


* Create and deliver training programs that equip employees and managers to foster inclusive environments


* Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to implement accessible policies and inclusive processes


* Use data and insights to measure program impact and refine strategies for continuous improvement
