Work You'll Do
As an Oracle Cloud Financials Manager, you will be responsible for leading implementation workstreams, advising client stakeholders, and driving business process transformation enabled by Oracle Cloud Financials.
* Manage day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders.
* Lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementation workstreams, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training, and post-go-live support planning.
* Facilitate current-state and future-state process design, including scenario design, process flows, and identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.
* Manage team members across project activities and provide direction, oversight, and quality review for deliverables.
* Support business development activities, including pursuit participation, proposal development, scope definition, and pricing discussions.
* Coach junior practitioners and contribute to performance development, staffing, recruiting, and retention efforts.

* Ability to coach, mentor, and provide clear guidance to junior team members and emerging leaders
