The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer (BMS/EPMS) to join our team and make a significant impact.

In this role, you will work independently to determine methods and procedures for assignments, supervise and collaborate with engineers and sub-contractors, and serve as a validated Level 2 expert on select product ranges.

The position involves applying technical experience and diagnostics for on-site project management, identifying gaps in technical and digital tool skills within the organization, and resolving technical issues raised by other engineers, escalating to higher technical support levels when necessary.

What will you do?


* The main missions of the Service Engineer(BMS / EPMS Engineer) are:
+ Work independently to determine methods and procedures on assignments.
+ Supervise and work together with other engineers and sub-contractors or assigned mission.
+ Validate as L2 expert on few products ranges (for his country and the zone)
+ Demonstrate applied technical experience and diagnostic for on-site project management across BU He will also highlight technical and digital tools skills missing in his organization.
+ As Technical Support Level 2, you will have to solve technical issues raised by other Engineers ensuring perfect technical solution and if needed refers to higher technical support level within the company (Tech Support L3, Technical Antenna, R&D department...).

Activities & Area of Responsibility
+ Perform on-site or remote technical support during new installation, testing and commissioning, maintenance services, repairs and upgrading, focusing on Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS).
+ This is a hybrid role where both subject matters focus on Critical Buildings applications.
+ Work collaboratively with critical stakeholders including Team Members, Project Engineers, Service Sales engineer, Solution / Tendering Team, and Regional Project team, in identifying new opportunities and delivering comprehensive solutions to customers.
+ Experience from Building Management System or Electrical Power Monitoring System with knowledge of Modbus, BACnet, LonWork, SNMP, IE...
