What's the role?

The Regional EH&S Systems Engineer supports the North America Business Services team and reports to the Regional Senior Manager of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S).

In this role, you'll lead the implementation and continuous improvement of EH&S management systems, processes, and databases that support safety, sustainability, environmental compliance, and operational excellence across the region.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams to support customer requests, sustainability initiatives, environmental programs, safety programs, training, incident investigations, ergonomic assessments, and regulatory compliance.

You'll also collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to drive corporate EH&S initiatives and ensure consistent implementation of best practices.

Success in this role requires experience in EH&S system development, process improvement, and implementing safety management programs.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working independently.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you'll interact with employees, leaders, and external partners at all levels of the organization.

Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Systems


* Develop and enhance regional Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) management systems.


* Create and maintain regional EH&S policies, procedures, and best practices.


* Partner with global Health & Safety, Sustainability, and Environmental teams to implement EH&S solutions across North America.


* Design and implement assessment tools and dashboards to monitor EH&S performance and key metrics in real time.


* Support regional EH&S teams with the collection, analysis, and reporting of EH&S key performance indicators (KPIs).


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance, operational excellence, and system effectiveness.

Training & Support


* Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs on regional EH&S management systems and processes.
