Global Platform Manager, Non-PFAS Functional Additives

Responsibilities

The Global Platform Manager for Non-PFAS and FR provides leadership in a strategic Product Platform such as market and or defined Product lines.

This individual is a thought leader who performs independently and has demonstrated the ability to effectively interact and influence peers globally and the next level up in organizations including Director/VP/GM level.Qualifications



* Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.



* Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in product management, product line management, marketing, business development, or a related commercial/technical role in a manufacturing or specialty materials environment.



* Demonstrated experience developing and executing product platform or portfolio strategies, including pricing, profitability analysis, market assessment, and product lifecycle management.



* Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable growth strategies.



* Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, and regional leadership teams in a global matrixed organization.



* Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills, including experience with margin management, pricing strategy, business case development, and performance tracking.



* Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to engage and align stakeholders up to Director, VP, and GM levels.



* Experience supporting innovation pipelines, new product introduction, and customer-facing technical or commercial initiatives is preferred.



* Preferred qualifications include global business experience, familiarity with regulated product environments, and proficiency in Excel and other business analytics tools.
