* Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene or a related field, or in lieu of degree 5 years within a EHS leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
* 5 years of working experience as an EHS professional within a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint required.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree
* CSP, CIH, or ASP credential preferred
* Previous experience in aerospace manufacturing preferred
* 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement of business, operations, and/or manufacturing processes.
* Ability to navigate and communicate in a highly matrixed organization.
* Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
* Hands on, practical problem solving and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills including data mining, analysis, trending, and writing accompanying commentary.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
* The ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
