Work you'll do

As a Senior Product Specialist on the Government & Public Services (GPS) Industry Solutions team, you will be responsible for:


* Leading end-to-end requirements gathering and business analysis for health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans


* Translating client needs into business requirements, end-to-end process maps, and configuration-ready functional specifications


* Defining and documenting eligibility rules, enrollment logic, Qualified Life Events (QLEs), and payroll deduction rules for system configuration


* Designing future-state workflows aligned to BenefitsIQ product capabilities to support standardization and reduce customizations


* Collaborating with product, UI/UX, and technology teams to align screen behavior, rules-engine logic, and integration requirements


* Validating configurations through test scenarios, reconciliation activities, and issue resolution related to enrollment, payroll, and carrier outcomes
