Deloitte is seeking an M&A IT Manager to join our M&A Integration & Divestiture (I&D) team within our broader Strategy & Transactions practice.

In this role, you will support clients through complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and business transformation initiatives, focusing on technology.

Work You'll Do

As an M&A IT Manager you will help clients evaluate IT environments, define integration and separation strategies, and drive execution across transaction milestones.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures

• Assessing client technology environments, identifying risks and dependencies, and developing recommendations for Day 1, TSA, and long-term transition planning

• Managing project plans, workstream deliverables, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination with business, finance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application stakeholders

• Developing client-ready materials, including assessments, operating models, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations

• Coaching junior team members, managing workstream execution, and supporting business development, proposal development, and practice-building activities
