Delivery Consultant, Workday Financial AMS Support

Work You'll Do

As a US Delivery Consultant on the team, you will:


* Be responsible for intake of tickets (questions issues, inquiries) for Accounting module


* Triage and resolve any issues or errors for end users in Workday Accounting module


* Be responsible for post production support and system administration around improvements and change requests


* Provide knowledge transfer and end user documentation
