As a Senior Consultant within M&A IT, you will support clients through technology integration and divestiture activities that drive transition readiness and long-term value.

This role sits within Deloitte's M&A Offering and focuses on helping organizations respond to transaction opportunities, execute IT separation or integration priorities, and accelerate transformation.

Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant in M&A IT, as part of the M&A Integration & Divestiture (I&D) team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through IT integration and separation planning, analysis, and execution.

• Assessing applications, infrastructure, data, and IT operating models to identify Day 1, transitional, and end-state requirements.

• Developing workplans, tracking milestones, coordinating dependencies across workstreams, and identifying changes in scope or risks.

• Building business cases, financial analyses, and client-ready deliverables to support IT synergy, cost reduction, migration, and rationalization decisions.

• Working with managers and cross-functional teams to validate outputs, communicate recommendations, and deliver work aligned to client needs and engagement objectives.
