Your Role as Director of Nursing

As the DON, you will be the clinical heartbeat of our facility—driving quality outcomes, mentorship, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:


* Provide strategic leadership & oversight of all nursing operations


* Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing nursing team


* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations


* Drive clinical excellence, quality measures, and positive survey outcomes


* Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient care


* Manage staffing, scheduling, and budget performance


* Lead initiatives that improve patient outcomes and staff engagement

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident leader who blends clinical expertise with emotional intelligence and operational savvy.
Qualifications:


* Active RN license (CA)


* Proven experience as a Director of Nursing (or strong ADON ready to step up)


* Background in skilled nursing/post-acute care strongly preferred


* In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness


* Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills


* Passion for quality care and continuous improvement
