JEWELRY/SR OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Responsible for all of the Division Operational Plans.

Direct and supervise actives of the following teams: Asset Protection, Operations team, and direct and supervise activities of the District Sales managers.

Champion and lead strategic change to improve effeciencies and partner with corporate leaders to create a distinct competitive advantage and enhance the company's position in jewelry retail.

Identify areas that will enhance the customers shopping experience while demonstrating the companies core vales of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Make recommendations to Vice President of Fred Meyer Jewelers and lead implementation of projects as product managers for all operational systems.

* Bachelor's degree in business or related field


* 5+ years' experience (2 years regional sales manager experience, 2 years manager of operations experience, and 2 years personnel management experience); or combination of relevant education and experience
