Work you'll do

As an Associate Vice President, Engineering Delivery Management on the Government & Public Services Industry Solutions team, you will be responsible for...


* Leading day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of Defense engagements to align execution with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations


* Translating leadership priorities into integrated workplans, milestones, deliverables, staffing plans, and execution priorities across projects and workstreams


* Coordinating governance routines, status reviews, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications to drive decisions, resolve issues, and maintain delivery momentum


* Managing portfolio-level risks, issues, dependencies, action logs, reporting, and documentation in alignment with federal delivery requirements


* Overseeing engagement economics, cross-functional team performance, and operational coordination with Enabling Areas, subcontractors, and account leadership
