Job Duties



* Program and maintain robots and automated equipment to comply with customer specifications.


* Troubleshoot and repair all automated equipment to maintain productivity on a day-to-day basis (Controls, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Transfers).


* Assist in engineering quality, productivity, and reliability (Continuous Improvement, Tracking cycle time).


* Maintain and monitor proper safe operations of all equipment.


* Maintain safe working habits.


* Maintain all equipment through preventative maintenance procedures.


* Reporting day-to-day activities to supervisors.


* Updating all related documents.


* Ensure good housekeeping is kept up on the shop floor.


* EOA / Machine start-up.


* EOA7 / build.


* Back-up programs (Robot, PLC).


* Bowl feeder integration.


* The incumbent is responsible for the awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities and management of the Environmental Management System (EMS) as stated in EMS policy CEVPL.00005.


* The incumbent is responsible for the awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) as stated in

CQAM.00001 – Corporate Quality Manual.

Requirements


* University Degree/College Diploma in a related field (Electromechanical Engineering Technician, Electronics/Electrician Technician, or Technology Diploma) 2 year program

Minimum 1 year ABB/NACHI/FANUC Robot programming experience.Good communication (Read and comprehend instructions).Organizational and dexterity skills.Attention to detail.Knowledge of components and materials used in the production process
