Key Account Manager, Digital Energy

We're hiring a Services Sales Manager to lead a team that drives growth from our installed base and unlocks new services opportunities.

What will you do?


* Lead your sales team to achieve services revenue goals and maximize contract renewal rates


* Identify and pursue greenfield opportunities while expanding services within existing accounts


* Coach your team to promote consulting, recurring services, and modernization solutions effectively


* Make independent tactical decisions to drive results and resolve escalated customer or operational issues

* Consultative Selling - advanced level; guiding your team to uncover customer needs and position tailored services solutions


* Customer Relationship Management - advanced level; building trusted partnerships that drive long-term contract value


* Sales Prospecting - advanced level; identifying and qualifying greenfield opportunities within the installed base


* Negotiation - advanced level; closing complex services deals and securing favorable contract renewals


* People Management - developing level; coaching direct reports and conducting performance reviews to build team capability


* Account Management - intermediate level; overseeing portfolio optimization and strategic account planning


* Critical Thinking - intermediate level; solving non-routine problems and making independent tactical decisions


* Communication - developing level; influencing stakeholders and aligning internal teams around customer solutions
