About the Role

Schneider Electric is looking for a Technical Engineering Sr.

to support and develop our partner ecosystem across Brazil.

This role combines technical consulting, partner relationship management, pre-sales support, and collaboration with global teams to drive the adoption of low and medium voltage panel solutions and engineering innovations.

The professional will work closely with panel builders, engineering teams, commercial stakeholders, and strategic partners, helping transform technical solutions into scalable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Partner & Customer Support
- Provide technical and pre-sales support to Schneider Electric partners and panel builders.
- Build strong relationships with partners across different organizational levels, from technical teams to business owners and executives.
- Support partners in defining efficient and technically viable panel specifications and solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor during project discussions, order definition, and technical clarification meetings.

Technical Consulting & Solution Enablement
- Support medium and low-voltage panel projects and technical solution development.
- Assist with technology transfer initiatives and product updates for partners.
- Help prepare and enable partner solutions for commercialization and market readiness.
- Collaborate with engineering and execution teams to ensure alignment between technical requirements and customer expectations.

Business Development
- Identify opportunities to support new business generation through the partner network.
- Contribute to the expansion and strengthening of Schneider Electric's ecosystem in Brazil.
- Support strategic initiatives related to partner growth and solution adoption.

Global Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between local market needs and global product or engineering teams.
- Participate in global trainings, technical discussions, and partner programs.
- Support the implementation of new global product specifications and solution updates in the local market.

Stakeholder Interaction

Strategic customers and partner leadership

Required Qualifications


* Experience in medium and low-voltage panel solutions, electrical systems, or industrial automation environments.


* Background in technical sales, application engineering, partner support, or engineering consulting.


* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.


* Experience working with manufacturing, assembly, engineering, or panel builder environments.
