Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).

Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

We are looking for a Infrastructure Engineer, You will be responsible for delivering, maintaining, supporting and continuously improving IOM services across our internal Data Centers/Server Rooms and cloud environments, acting as a full-stack integrator between different layers of IT



* Understanding the end-to-end infrastructure architecture and its interactions with other IT layers.



* Ensuring high levels of reliability, performance and security across on-premise and cloud workloads.



* Supporting business demands, infrastructure projects and operational requirements.



* Maintaining stable and updated environments in our Data Centers and server rooms.



* Collaborate with application, connectivity, Security and Cloud teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure services.

What will you do?

Operational Excellence:



* Daily service follow-up, ensuring operations are performed with high quality level



* Act as the technical owner for P1/P2 critical incidents, ensuring rapid and effective resolution.



* Drive reduction of incident volume and duration through problem management and continuous improvement



* Support delivery of new requests, changes and infrastructure evolutions with agility and quality.



* Participating in study and project delivery

Infrastructure Management



* Advice on technical solutions to applications and business teams



* Manage and maintain on-premise infrastructure including Windows/Linux OS, hardware platforms, SAN/Storage, and virtualization.



* Administer and optimize VMWare and Hyper-V infrastructure, ensuring availability, capacity, patching and lifecycle management.
