Marketing Trainee
The Marketing Trainee is responsible for managing CPQ requests from the Sales team and ensuring pricing accuracy, product configuration validation, and alignment with internal commercial guidelines.
The role involves evaluating Delta P and other agreed technical/commercial parameters in coordination with OM or MD, preparing Marketing presentations, acting as a first-line contact for CCC and Sales regarding pricing, and supporting the product creation process in SAP/MYSE.
The position also provides cross-functional assistance with various marketing tasks and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
CPQ & Pricing Management
* Manage and process CPQ requests submitted by Sales, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal pricing rules.
* Check Delta P and other pre-agreed parameters with OM or MD, providing timely feedback to Sales.
* Analyze SPA consumption to verify whether clients adhere to the agreed SPA terms and prepare regular reports on SPA usage and client compliance.
Technical-Commercial Analysis & Presentation Development
* Prepare PowerPoint presentations focusing on Delta P, SPA width and depth, ENMP, and other relevant product or pricing factors.
* Support Translate technical data into clear, business-oriented visuals for internal stakeholders.
Cross-functional Communication & Support
* Act as the primary contact point for CCC and Sales regarding pricing inquiries.
* Follow up on new product creation processes in PIM/SAP/MYSE, ensuring data accuracy and process completion.
* Coordinate with OM, MD, and other internal teams as needed to resolve pricing or product configuration questions.
Marketing Support
* Assist the marketing team with various tasks, including data preparation, reporting, campaign support, and other ad-hoc marketing initiatives.
* Contribute to improving marketing materials and internal documentation where needed.
* Assist during marketing meetings by taking structured notes and ensuring timely follow-up on assigned action items.
* Support NLNL process.
* Maintain Updated PL
