Portfolio Revenue Specialist - Korea

Your day to day


* Manage revenue strategy across a portfolio of hotels, supporting pricing decisions and driving revenue growth across all revenue streams 


* Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to develop recommendations that maximise performance and market share 


* Lead forecasting and budgeting activities, preparing revenue forecasts, tracking performance, and identifying risks and opportunities 


* Facilitate regular revenue meetings with hotel teams, providing actionable insights and guiding strategic decision-making 


* Monitor system performance and ensure effective use of revenue management tools to support pricing, distribution, and inventory decisions 


* Support new hotel openings or conversions as required, ensuring revenue strategies are effectively established from the outset 

What we need from you


* Experience in revenue management (typically 2–3 years), with exposure to pricing, forecasting, and demand optimisation across multiple revenue streams 


* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, actionable strategies 


* Confidence in working with revenue management systems and tools, alongside strong Excel and data handling capability 


* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders remotely and guide decision-making 


* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, multi-hotel environment 


* Commercial mindset with an understanding of hotel operations, pricing strategy, and market dynamics
