Work You'll Do
As an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Senior Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the planning, design, and execution of project initiatives across all associated workstreams.
This role plays a key part in package selection processes, partnering with stakeholders to scrutinize business value opportunities and ensure business case objectives are realized.
* Lead Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations across large, complex programs, including oversight of multiple project workstreams and cross-functional teams
* Advise clients on package selection, fit-gap analysis, and solution design to align business requirements with enterprise transformation objectives
* Partner with executive stakeholders, steering committees, and program leaders to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
* Oversee key phases of delivery, including requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment support
* Build and maintain senior client relationships, mentor teams, and support business development, practice development, and Oracle offering growth

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, clients, and project teams
