Work You'll Do

As an Amazon Connect Technical Architect on the Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for...


* Leading enterprise package transformation programs that modernize sales, service, and customer-facing operations


* Shaping client strategies, operating models, and implementation roadmaps for package-enabled transformation initiatives


* Overseeing program delivery across business, functional, technology, data, and change management workstreams


* Building and expanding executive-level client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services


* Coaching teams and leaders through complex transformation efforts to drive delivery quality, business outcomes, and market impact

Qualifications

Required:



* 10+ years of overall experience, to include a minimum of 5 years of enterprise, full-life cycle in Architecture in the professional IT/Software Development services industry


* 5+ years project experience architecting, building, and supporting cloud-based solutions on AWS


* At least 4 years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously on relevant engagement


* Applicable cloud certification within AWS



* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
