What you'll achieve

The Proposal Management Consultant will contribute to our company's growth by leading the development of winning proposals for high-profile projects, collaborating with diverse teams from sales, finance, legal, technical experts, and executives in a dynamic environment, and seize opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a thriving technology company.

You will:


* Manage multiple proposals simultaneously with varying complexity and deadlines


* Lead regional teams on projects impacting the proposal process, potentially engaging on global projects


* Oversee the end-to-end proposal development cycle, curating content that highlights win themes and value propositions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, customized proposals


* Interface with customers and senior-level leadership during the sales proposal process, collaborating with subject matter experts to gather information and create compelling content


* Coordinate proposal review processes, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes

Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements


* 10+ years of proven experience in proposal management, demonstrating a strong track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously


* Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a high degree of proficiency


* Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


* Proven track record of strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail and demonstrating the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities


* High degree of self-confidence and demonstrated ability to influence others effectively

Desirable Requirements


* APMP Practitioner Certification (Association of Proposal Management Professionals)


* Command skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams


* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
