Product Portfolio Operations Manager

As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in Data and Analytics, you will lead client success and change management initiatives to ensure the effective adoption of new AI technologies across analytics teams.

Job responsibilities



* Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives


* Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices


* Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized


* Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs


* Develop and execute change management strategies to drive successful adoption of AI technologies and new analytics tools across diverse teams.


* In partnership with HR and D&A leaders, Design, implement, and manage a persona-based training program tailored to the unique needs and skill levels of different user groups.


* Partner with analytics teams, business leaders, and technology partners to understand challenges, gather feedback, and address barriers to adoption.


* Create and deliver engaging training content, workshops, and resources that promote continuous learning and skill development.


* Monitor and measure adoption rates, training effectiveness, and user satisfaction, using data-driven insights to refine programs and approaches.
