Work you'll do
As a Workday Functional Consultant on the HR Strategy & Technology team, you will be responsible for:
* Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities.
* Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configuration decisions.
* Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
* Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities.
* Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work.

Qualifications
Required:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 4+ years of experience supporting or leading workstreams on Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation or equivalent HRIS system
* 3+ years of experience leading workstreams as part of Workday implementations with knowledge across the HCM product, including configuration of the system in one or more of the following modules: Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, On boarding, Learning, Performance Management, or Talent
* Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations
* Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
