What You'll Do:


* Provide and oversee exceptional nursing care for residents


* Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions


* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members


* Supervise and support STNAs and LPNs


* Respond to changes in resident conditions and coordinate appropriate care


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Advocate for residents and their individual care needs

What We're Looking For:


* Current Ohio RN license


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills


* Excellent communication and leadership abilities


* Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


* Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
