Department and Project Description

Join our Customer Experience & Commercial Transformation team and support communication initiatives across Global Marketing, Business, Functions, and Operations.

You will contribute to the creation of engaging content, digital communication campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and communication projects that connect teams and stakeholders across different countries and functions.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications while collaborating in a dynamic, international environment.

What will you learn?



* Support the creation and deployment of communication plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.



* Create and manage communication materials such as newsletters, presentations, announcements, digital content, and multimedia assets.



* Gain experience managing communication channels and platforms, including SharePoint and internal communication tools.



* Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across different countries, developing communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.



* Contribute to employee engagement and change management initiatives while learning best practices in corporate communications.



* Learn how to track communication performance, analyze engagement metrics, and support reporting activities.

Are you who we are looking for?



* Bachelor's or Master's student in Communications, Marketing, Audiovisual Communication, or related fields.



* Strong written and verbal communication skills.



* Interest in content creation, storytelling, digital communication, and employee engagement.



* Knowledge of video creation and editing tools is a must.



* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of design or content creation tools (Adobe) is an advantage.



* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.



* Outgoing personality, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.



* Be able to work between 4 and 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday) and be available in the mornings.



* To be able to make an internship agreement with your university or study center for a period of at least 6 months.



* Be available to start in October.



* High English level.
